Hello Friends!

Thank you so much for signing up for my blog. If you’re getting this as an email it means you subscribed even without having a sample article to give you an idea of what to expect. You got on board through faith, not sight, and I sincerely appreciate it.

This post is just a test to make sure everything is set up correctly. If you have any problems, please let me know. There is a learning curve for setting up these things, and there could be a few hiccups along the way.

The first real post will arrive in your inbox, Lord willing, next Saturday morning. The name of the blog is “Walk Worthy.” I just pray that God will help me to write some things that you will feel are worthy of your time and attention.

For today I wanted to share with you something I have written out in my devotional notebook. It is a list some of the things the (NKJV) Bible says Christians are “partakers” of. I recommend looking up the verses. Read the list aloud as an affirmation of your value in Christ. It’s very moving to think that we get to partake in such profound things as these.

As a Christian I am a partaker

• of God’s promise (Ephesians 3:6)
• of grace (Philippians 1:7)
• of the inheritance of the saints (Colossians 1:12)
• of the heavenly calling (Hebrews 3:1)
• of Christ (Hebrews 3:14)
• of the Holy Spirit (Hebrews 6:4)
• of chastening as a son/daughter (Hebrews 12:8)
• of the Father’s holiness (Hebrews 12:10)
• of the divine nature (2 Peter 1:4)
